Artificial turf in Queen Creek

Queen Creek is the fastest growing town in the metro, adding thousands of residents a year. Most of those homes are handed over with a bare dirt back yard and a hose bib.

We finish those yards. It is twenty minutes from our Mesa base, so Queen Creek installs get booked tight rather than squeezed into a route.

New construction here leaves compacted subsoil, builder rubble and no topsoil worth the name. Seed washes out in the first monsoon storm and sod struggles on that ground. We dig the debris out, build a proper base, and the yard is finished in a couple of days instead of two seasons.

Queen Creek lots are big and the horse and hobby farm streets are still here. Dust blowing off open ground and mud at the back door after a storm are the two complaints we hear most, and a weed barrier plus a hard edge along the fence line stops most of both.

A new build does not qualify, and that is worth knowing early

Queen Creek's program converts live grass. Bare ground and existing artificial turf are both listed as ineligible starting points, so a brand new yard is not in the program at all. If you do have grass, turf is allowed up to 1,000 square feet, the area still needs 30% plant canopy, and there is a waitlist.
