Artificial turf in Surprise
Surprise added close to 8,000 residents in a year, and most of that growth is new streets on the north and west edges. Those yards arrive as graded dirt.
We finish them. Turf goes down on a built base, so a Surprise back yard is usable the day the crew leaves rather than the following spring.
Surprise pays to take out live grass and wants living plants in what replaces it. Its terms do not mention artificial turf either way, and its new-home rebate says artificial grass will not count toward landscaped area. We treat that as unsettled and call the city rather than promising you anything.
Wind runs hard across the open ground out here and dries a young lawn faster than a timer can keep up with. Turf does not care about wind, and it is anchored into a compacted base on close centers along every edge and seam.

A lot of Surprise housing is active adult, and the reason people call us here is rarely the water bill on its own. It is the mowing, the overseeding, the sprinkler repair and the trimming around a hundred feet of edging. Turf takes all of that off the calendar in one job.
